Cobra Venture Shifts Saskatchewan Interests To Keystone Royalty

Acquired freehold mineral and RI in SK.

Regina, Saskatchewan-based, privately-held land and royalty company Keystone Royalty Corp. has acquired all the freehold mineral and royalty interests in Saskatchewan held by Cobra Venture Corp., Vancouver, (Toronto Venture: CBV) for C$5.25 million.

Keystone transferred 1.767 million Cobra Venture shares it held back to Cobra Venture for cancellation at a deemed price of C$0.30 per share and paid C$4.72 million paid in cash.

As a result of the disposition of the Saskatchewan assets, Cobra Venture will be a Tier 2 oil and gas issuer on the Toronto Venture Exchange.
