Continental Resources

Continental Resources has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to sell certain interests in the Anadarko Basin in Oklahoma and Texas. The package includes more than 145,000 net acres (234,000 gross) in Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Custer, Dewey, Ellis, Grady, Kingfisher and McClain counties, Oklahoma, and Lipscomb and Ochiltree counties, Texas. Average ownership per section is 40.5% with 80% to 81.25% NRI. Approximately 24,586 net acres are held by production. The bid due date is March 11. The effective date is Jan. 1, 2009.
