Cornerstone Petroleum Resources LLC retained Meagher Energy Advisors to sell Austin Chalk/Woodbine assets in Jasper, Newton and Tyler counties in East Texas. Assets include a company-controlled leasehold position in the Brookeland and Magnolia Springs fields covering about 30,727 net acres, of which about 13,010 net acres HBP by wells included in the divestiture. The offer also includes 82 gross (70 net) bbl/d of oil, 823 gross (499 net - residue) Mcf/d of production and $152,330 cash flow projected in April.
