Danmark Energy LP has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse's mid-value negotiated unit to sell interests in certain producing properties in Jacks Creek and Beckville/Oak Hill fields in Tyler, Rusk, Panola and Harrison counties, Texas, in two packages. Jacks Creek Field is operated; net production is 262 barrels of oil and 3 million cubic feet of gas per day.
