David H. Arrington Oil & Gas Inc. has retained Jefferies & Co. Inc. to sell its primary term acreage in the Barnett shale of the Texas Fort Worth Basin. The package involves more than 11,500 net acres (14,600 gross) in Parker, Hood, Dallas, Hill, Johnson and Tarrant counties, with the majority in Parker and Hood counties with rights to all depths.
