Denim Exploration Corp.

Denim Exploration Corp. has retained Kobayashi Partners Ltd. to sell the company. Denim has concentrated land positions totaling some 26,000 gross acres in core properties in Elnora, central Alberta, and Covington, southwest Saskatchewan. The average working interest is 65% and the majority of the land-holding is operated. Production averaged 55 barrels of oil equivalent per day in August 2005 (70% gas).
