Dyas BV has retained Tristone Capital Ltd. to sell its interest in a gas storage project, producing gas assets and an oil re-development project offshore and onshore The Netherlands. The package includes Bergermeer gas storage, onshore Bergen concession, Markham J3-C units, and offshore P15/P18 licenses including the Rijn oilfield redevelopment. The package offers immediate cash-flow through gas sales and third party tariff income which is expected to increase through a significant oil re-development.
