Empresa Nacional del Petróleo (ENAP) has retained Scotia Waterous Inc. to sell its Colombian subsidiary, Sipetrol SA, Sucursal, Colombia. Sipetrol Colombia owns a 90.6% operated interest in the Dindal and Rio Seco blocks containing the producing Guaduas Field and a 27.27% nonoperated interest in the Caguan Block containing the producing Rio Ceibas Field, both in the Upper Magdalena Basin. The package includes current production of 3,000 barrels per day from the Guaduas and Río Ceibas fields and 7.2 million barrels of estimated total proved reserves.
