The assets include 19,748 net acres in Pecos and Terrell counties with operatorship divided evenly with ConocoPhillips. Current daily net production is 12 million cubic feet equivalent. Total net proved reserves are 119 billion cubic feet equivalent (36 billion proved developed producing; 146 billion proved plus probable).
