NEW––Enco Resources Co. has retained Kobayashi & Associates to divest its Clarke Lake properties, 20 kilometers south of Fort Nelson, British Columbia. Current gas production is 1.48 million cubic feet per day net to the company. Based on established reserves the property has an 11-year reserve-life index. The Slave Point A Pool has 31 producing gas wells, 13 of which are company interest wells. In total, the pool produces between 45- and 50 million cubic feet per day of raw gas. Company interest wells have recovered more than 453 billion cubic feet and produce approximately 20 million cubic feet per day (gross). Enco has estimated that proved developed producing reserves are 3.2 billion cubic feet, net to the company. Recovery from sub-pools 1, 3 and 6 has averaged more than 93%, while recovery from sub-pools 2, 4 and 5 is 83%. The majority of probable reserves, 5.43 billion cubic feet net to the company, result from further development of subpools 2, 4 and 5 to increase recovery to 93%.
