Encore Energy Concludes Gulf Coast, Wyoming Acquisitions

Acquired nonop assets in Sweetwater County, WY, gaining 880 BOE/d, 4.2 MMBOE.

Encore Energy Partners LP, Houston, (NYSE: ENP) has closed its acquisition of nonoperated producing oil and gas assets in Sweetwater County, Wyoming from an undisclosed seller for $28.2 million.

Approximately 65% of the assets are gas reserves and 35% are oil and gas liquids reserves. Production is approximately 880 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Proved reserves are 4.2 million barrels equivalent (65% gas, 90% proved developed)
