ENI Sells Interests To Fluxys, SNAM

To acquire 16.41% WI in UK-based Interconnector Ltd., 51% WI in Belgium-based Interconnector Zeebrugge Terminal SCRL % 10% WI in Huberator SA.

ENI has agreed to sell its 16.41% interest in Interconnector Ltd., its 51% interest in Interconnector Zeebrugge Terminal SCRL and its 10% interest in Huberator S.A. to Fluxys and SNAM, for a total consideration of $199.3 million.

Completion of the transaction is expected to occur by the second half of 2012.
