EOG Resources Canada Inc. has retained Macquarie Tristone to seek proposals for its shallow gas assets in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin in southern Alberta and Saskatechewan.
The package includes operated, high working interests in some 1.8 million net acres in large, contiguous blocks. Total production is 163.6 million cubic feet of gas and 560 barrels of oil and gas liquids per day (27,829 BOE per day)
Upside includes inventory of downspacing and extension drilling opportunities as well as recompletion and optimization opportunities.
