ExAlta Energy Inc.

ExAlta Energy Inc. has retained Rundle Energy Partners to sell its Hill property in northwestern Alberta. The property includes an average 75% working interest in more than 12,000 acres in the Peace River area and 100% operated interests in gas-gathering and -processing facilities. Production from the three ExAlta-operated wells is approximately 849,000 cubic feet of gas (141.5 barrels of oil equivalent) per day.
