Point Capital Barnett Shale Investors II LP holds interest in 19 additional wells located in Denton, Cooke and Wise Counties, Texas. Consideration for the transaction is $1,318,750.00. A total of $10,550,000.00 was invested into the General Partnerships over the last six years.
