Fairmount Energy Inc. has retained Rundle Energy Partners to seek strategic alternatives, including a possible sale of assets or the company. As of the end of November, Fairmount held 3,553 net acres in Gold Creek, Alberta, 1,280 net acres in Thorsby, and 640 acres in Lomond. Current production according to the company is 600 barrels of oil equivalent per day, with an additional 300 barrels estimated capacity constrained by facility limitations.
