Genesis Gas & Oil LLC

Genesis Gas & Oil LLC has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to sell certain assets in South Texas. The package includes a 37.5% working interest in 11 wells on approximately 50,000 gross acres in the Escondido sand, the Eagleford shale and the Austin Chalk and San Miguel/Anacacho formations in Zavala County.
