Geocan Energy Inc.

Geocan Energy Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell certain assets in western Canada. The package includes 12 properties in the Enchant, Lomond, Deer, Caroline, Mikwan/Haynes, Wood River, Westerose, Carrot Creek and Tomahawk/Pembina areas of Alberta, the Huntoon area of southeastern Saskatchewan and the Rigel and Buick Creek areas of northeastern British Columbia. Net production is 143 barrels of oil, 1.7 million cubic feet of gas and 19 barrels of gas liquids for a total of approximately 450 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
