Geronimo Holding Corp. has retained Simon Energy Associates LLC to sell its nonoperated interest in the Mocane-Laverne and Elmwood fields in Beaver County, Oklahoma.

The package involves a 100% working interest in 13 producing wells, with current production of 6.3 barrels of oil and 167,000 cubic feet of gas per day. The assets, operated by Xeric Oil and Gas Corp./XOG Operating LLC, are targeting the Morrow and Chester formations. Average monthly cash flow is around $19,000.
