GHK has retained Randall & Dewey to seek a partner to acquire a share in its 215,000-gross-acres (110,000 net acres) in Oklahoma. The offer includes interests in the Potato Hills Field in southeast Oklahoma and the Indian project in west Oklahoma with a total production of 34- to 35 million cubic feet of gas per day (100% gas). Reserves are 89 billion cubic feet of gas equivalent in two fields with development reserves at some 400 billion cubic feet. There are currently seven rigs in operation.
