Glamis Resources Ltd.

Glamis Resources Ltd. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell its 100% working interest medium-gravity oil properties at Conrad and Taber in southern Alberta. The package includes total net production of approximately 145 barrels of oil per day from 30 producing wells, eight suspended or shut in, and eight service wells. Total proved reserves are 339,000 barrels of oil (424,000 barrels proved plus probable). At Conrad, Glamis holds a 100% working interest in 19 long-life oil wells with current net production of approximately 75 barrels per day producing from the Ellis member of the Sawtooth formation. At Taber, Glamis holds a 100% working interest in 11 long-life oil wells which currently produce approximately 70 barrels per day from the Glauconite formation. The Tabor wells are candidates for tertiary flood recovery techniques. Glamis has proprietary 3-D seismic over both properties. The bid due date is July 23. The effective date is July 1.
