Granby Oil and Gas Plc

NEW, Granby Oil and Gas Plc has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to sell certain assets offshore the Philippines. The package includes 9.14% indirect interest in the Galoc oil field. First oil production from the field is expected in early 2008. Team Oil, a U.K.-based subsidiary of Granby has a 15.69% shareholding in the field's operator, Galoc Production Co.
