Great Plains Exploration Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to offer working interests in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. The assets include five producing properties in the Watts, Innisfail, Willesden Green, Pembina and Morinville areas of Alberta involving 36 producing oil wells and nine producing gas wells, as well as several shut-in or suspended wells. Additional assets include minor royalty interests in three properties and working interests in undeveloped properties in the Divide/Willow Creek area of Saskatchewan, the Little Bow, Medicine Lodge and Tangent/Berwyn areas of Alberta and in the Two Rivers area of British Columbia. Recent daily production net to Great Plains has averaged approximately 54 barrels of oil equivalent per day (30 barrels oil; 144,000 cubic feet of gas). Total proved plus probable reserves from the Pembina property is estimated to be approximately 230,000 barrels of oil equivalent, prepared by GLJ Petroleum Consultants Ltd. year-end 2008.
