Great Plains Exploration Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to offer certain assets in Alberta.

The company plans to farm out interest in exploratory and development drilling prospects and the completion of a cased well bore in the Pembina area and a development drilling opportunity in the Gordondale area.

The Pembina prospects target oil and gas from the Ellerslie, Banff and Nordegg formations, with secondary potential in the Rock Creek and Glauconite formations. The Gordondale project targets oil from the Braeburn/Charlie Lake Formation. Great Plains is willing to participate for up to 35% of its interest in the drilling of all of the prospects, at least two of which the company believes will qualify for CEE expenditures.
