Heartland Oil and Gas Corp. has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to sell its coalbed-methane project in the Forest City Basin, Kansas. The sale includes 883,560 net acres with a 97.8% average working interest in Atchison, Brown, Doniphan, Douglas, Jackson, Jefferson, Leavenworth, Nemaha, Osage, Pottawatomie and Shawnee counties.
