NEW, Dallas-based Helios Capital Management LLC, the general partner to Helios Energy Partners I LP and Helios Royalty Partners I LP, has retained Merrill Lynch Petrie Divestiture Advisors, Richardson Barr & Co. and Morgan Stanley as financial advisors to assist in the possible sale of the oil and gas assets of the partnerships. The assets, owned and operated by Aethon I LP, are in Texas and Oklahoma and consist of long-lived, stable production, a majority under successful water flood.
