HR Energy LLC has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to sell certain properties in Fremont County, Wyoming. Assets include 6,324 gross acres (5,844 net) with four wells (three producing, one shut-in) on Howard Ranch Field in the Wind River Basin. Operators propose 275 wells on 240 20-acre locations with 40- acre spacing. The leases have a 78% net revenue interest. The bid date is Nov. 15.
