Hyperion Resources LP

Hyperion Resources LP, Dallas, has retained Petroleum Place Energy Advisors to market long-life oil-producing properties in three packages, southern Oklahoma, North Louisiana and East Texas. The assets are in the Countyline and Wildhorse units in the Sho-Vel-Tum (Deese) Field, Carter and Stephens counties, Okla., (the Oklahoma package); the Neches (Woodbine) Field, Anderson and Cherokee counties, Texas (the East Texas package); and the Homer Nacatoch Sand unit, Claiborne Parish, La. (the North Louisiana package). Working interests are 90% to 100%. All leases are held by production. Hyperion purchased the properties from Mobil, Exxon and Chevron, respectively, in the 1990s.
