J.M. Huber Corp.

NEW, J.M. Huber Corp. has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to sell most of its assets in South Texas and the western Anadarko Basin in Texas and Oklahoma. The properties are in two separate packages on 76,000 gross acres (61,000 net), with the South Texas properties primarily in the Gold River North Field in Webb and Dimmit counties and the Western Anadarko properties primarily in three counties in the Texas panhandle and five counties in western Oklahoma. The South Texas package includes 242 wells producing 13.2 million net cubic feet of gas equivalent per day, low-risk, behindpipe recompletions and proved and probable drilling locations. The western Anadarko package includes 46 wells in 17 fields producing 1.5 million net cubic feet of gas equivalent per day and proved and probable drilling locations with some behind-pipe potential.
