Joint Resources Co. et al. have retained Energy Spectrum Advisors to sell certain properties in the Barnett shale in north-central Texas. The package includes interests on approximately 5,169 gross acres (4,627 net) in the core area of the shale trend of the Fort Worth Basin. Net production is 4.5 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day. Proved reserves are 45.4 billion cubic feet of gas and 64,000 barrels of oil for a total 45.5 billion cubic feet equivalent and proved, probable and possible reserves are 95.4 billion cubic feet equivalent.
