Kerns Oil & Gas Inc. has retained Petroleum Place Energy Advisors to divest assets in South Texas, including approximately 250 wells producing from the Olmos and San Miguel formations (in Webb and Dimmit counties). The properties are 100% operated by Kerns. Production is 12.9 million cubic feet equivalent per day, 93% gas. There are a large number of proved undeveloped and producing drilling locations, plus a gathering system, drilling rig, well-service rig and related equipment.
