Kimbrel Oil Corp.

Kimbrel Oil Corp. has retained Smart Brothers LLC to sell the Dickie Ranch waterflood unit in Stephens County, Texas.

The package involves a 99.4% working interest (73.277% net revenue interest) on the 240-acre unit targeting the Strawn sand. Upside includes three proved undeveloped locations plus operational enhancements. Some 500,000 barrels of recoverable potential remains.
