Kraker & Martin Energy LLC has retained Randall & Dewey to sell its assets in southern Texas. The package includes a 20% working interest in two producing wells on 4,660 lease acres in Live Oak County, Texas. The net proved producing reserves are approximately 1 billion cubic feet of gas and proved undeveloped reserves are 6.3 billion cubic feet. Total reserves are 7.3 billion cubic feet.
