Lario Oil & Gas Co.

Lario Oil & Gas Co. has retained RBC Rundle to sell certain interests in the Peace River Arch area of Alberta.

The package includes 52,000 gross acres in 81 sections in the Boundary Lake, Balsam and Valhalla areas. Average net production is 228 barrels of oil equivalent per day (77 barrels of oil and 908,000 cubic feet of gas. Total proved reserves are 334,000 barrels of oil equivalent (796,000 barrels proved plus probable; 527,000 barrels possible).

Upside includes development projects in multiple horizons.
