Layton Enterprises Inc. has retained Albrecht & Associates to sell its entire asset base in New Mexico and Texas. The package includes 100% working interest in 120 wells (100% operated) within a 25-mile radius approximately 100 miles west of Lubbock, Texas. Net Production is 7,200 barrels of oil and 9 million cubic feet of gas for a total 8,700 barrels of oil equivalent per month. Net proved producing reserves are 1.3 million barrels equivalent.
