Liberty Petroleum Corp. has retained BlackGold Trading LLC to sell its 0.5% overriding royalty in 175,000 acres in the Gippsland Basin, offshore Victoria, Australia. This interest is derived from exploration permit VIC P54 granted in March 2003.
