Magnum Hunter Resources Inc. has retained Burks Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to divest nine onshore fields in south Louisiana and southeast Texas. The assets include 20 producing wells and related production facilities. Net proved reserves are estimated to be 14.1 billion cubic feet of gas and 1.66 million barrels of oil.
