Mancal Energy Inc.

Mancal Energy Inc. has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to sell certain oil and gas properties in the Willesden Green area of west-central Alberta. In addition, exploration acreage will be available for purchase in the Millarville, Stolberg and Talbot Lake areas of Alberta. The total offering involves production of approximately 380 barrels of oil equivalent per day, consisting of 280 barrels of oil and 600,000 cubic feet of gas, along with 86,600 acres of undeveloped land.
