Simplex Energy Solutions is offering property packages in the Permian Basin, West Texas, Oklahoma, East Texas and offshore Louisiana. The Permian Basin package is mostly 100% operated working interest in Andrews Martin and Reagan counties, Texas, involving 14 wells producing 45 barrels of oil and 10,000 cubic feet of gas per day, and in Eddy County, New Mexico, involving seven wells producing 40 barrels of oil and 50,000 cubic feet of gas per day. The West Texas package is 100% operated working interest in 12 wells producing 24 barrels of oil per day and 12 shut-in wells in Sandhills Field,Ward County. The Oklahoma package includes mostly 100% operated working interest in Grant County, involving 56 wells producing 59 barrels of oil and 700,000 cubic feet of gas per day on approximately 8,000 acres. Average monthly cash flow is $59,000. The East Texas package in Shelby County is 2% nonoperated working interest in four wells producing 600,000 cubic feet of gas and 90 barrels of oil per day. Average monthly income is $2,300. The offshore Louisiana assets are a 2.875% overriding royalty interest in South Marsh Island producing 6.8 million cubic feet per day and average monthly cash flow of $30,000.
