Merit Energy Co. has retained Petroleum Place Energy Advisors to sell three asset packages in the Rockies. The Merit-operated "Mountain" package includes the Luckey Ditch Unit, Whiskey Springs and Bridger Lake Unit, with an associated gas plant at Bridger Lake. Production is 56% oil. Two other packages are the Merit-operated Maudlin Gulch property (93% oil) and the Sun Ranch, Saddle Rock and North Grieve Unit (3% oil). Merit operates Sun Ranch and Saddle Rock. Total net sales from the three asset packages are 1,600 barrels of oil equivalent per day, 53% oil, and net cash flow averaged $783,000 per month during second-half 2003.
