Mid-America Resources Corp.

Mid-America Resources Corp. has retained Burks Oil and Gas Properties to sell assets in Ascension Parish, La. The package includes a 100% working interest in the Sorrento Field, which has three shut-in wells pending the conversion of an existing well to a salt-water disposal well.
