Mobil (Legendre) Pty Ltd. and Mobil Australia Resources Co. Pty Ltd., subsidiaries of ExxonMobil Corp., have retained IndigoPool to divest assets offshore western Australia. The assets are in Wandoo and Woollybutt fields in the Northwest Shelf. Mobil (Legendre) holds a 60% working interest in the Wandoo Field. In 2002, Wandoo's net production was 6,900 barrels of oil per day. Mobil Australia holds a 20% working interest in the Woollybutt Field. Current gross production is 40,000 barrels of oil per day.
