Mustang Drilling Ltd., Henderson, Texas, has retained Wellspring Partners Ltd. to divest its operated working interest in nine units (30 Cotton Valley wells and three Travis Peak/Petit wells) encompassing 3,855.94 acres in the Oak Hill Field, Rusk County, Texas.
