Mystique Energy Inc.

Mystique Energy Inc. has retained Kobayashi Partners Ltd. to sell certain interests in southern Alberta. The package includes an approximate 50% working interest on more than 9,000 gross acres in the Garrington area. Current production is approximately 87 barrels of oil equivalent per day, with proved-plusprobable reserves of 257,000 barrels equivalent (55% gas).
