NEW, Burks Oil & Gas Properties has been retained to sell assets in Bee County, Texas. The package includes a 100% working interest (80% net revenue interest) in 17 producing wells, six salt-water disposal wells and 15 inactive wells on 4.390 leasehold acres in the Yougeen Field, with proven pay sands in the Frio/Vicksburg and Yegua areas. Gross production from the wells is 80 barrels of oil (63 net) and 1.1 million (894,000 net) cubic feet of gas per day. The assets also include three proved future behind-pipe recompletions in existing wells. Net proved reserves are 304,000 barrels of oil and 2.5 billion cubic feet of gas, with proved-plus-probable reserves of 558,000 barrels of oil and 3.6 billion cubic feet of gas.
