Riviera Energy Corp. has been retained to sell certain nonoperated properties in Chaves County, New Mexico. The package includes 0.213 to 6.2136 nonoperated working interest in more than 1,200 acres in an area of mutual interest. Monthly net cash flow for May was $80,900 on 11.6 million cubic feet per day of gross production from the Morrow formation.
