Riviera Energy Corp. has been retained to sell operated properties in Sterling and Tom Green counties, Texas. The package includes seven producing wells on 2,400 acres. Production in July was 80 barrels of oil and 688,000 cubic feet per day net. Monthly net cash flow in March was $435,214. Upside includes 11 proved undeveloped locations and 39 probable locations.
