North American Petroleum Corp. USA has retained Simplex Energy Solutions to sell operated interests in Borden and Garza Counties, Texas. The package involves 100% working interest (81% to 87.5% net revenue interest) in approximately 2,720 acres in Fluvanna SW Field. The assets include 28 total wells. Currently the leases have production or potential in the Strawn, Ellenberger, Mississippian, Wolfcamp and Spraberry formations and have all rights for all depths.
