North American Petroleum Corp. USA has retained Simplex Energy Solutions to sell operated interests in Lynn County, Texas. The package includes 100% working interest (70.3% to 75% net revenue interest) in 920 total acres involving five leases in Guinn Field. The assets include 25 total wells with five producing. Current production or potential is from the San Andres and Glorieta formations. Average production from June to August 2009 was 22 barrels of oil and 265 barrels of water per day.
