North Plains Energy LLC

North Plains Energy LLC has retained PLS Inc. to sell certain Bakken assets in North Dakota.

The package includes operated and nonoperated working interest in 9,500 net acres in Dunn County. The deal is features multipay objects in the Middle Bakken and Three Forks formation. There are currently three nonoperated wells on the property.

Production is approximately 20 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

Upside includes potential in the Lodgepole and Scallion formations. EURs for the Middle Bakken wells are projected at 550,00 barrels equivalent and for the Three Forks are projected to be 638,000 barrels equivalent.
